Millersburg is an incorporated village in Case Township, Presque Isle County. Millersburg is located in western Presque Isle County and approximately five miles south of Ocqueoc Falls, the only waterfalls in the lower peninsula. It is a small, rural farming community that has withstood the test of time. It is home to retail stores, sawmills and restaurants.
